Eerste keer besteld hier, nadat ik erover gelezen had op een FB pagina. De bowl en kip menu waren erg lekker, vlees was super mals! Tip voor een volgende keer: het vlees mocht meer gekruid zijn of de sauzen mochten voller van smaak zijn. Beiden waren een beetje flauw. Porties zijn goed. Fijn dat gasten zelf hoeveelheid saus kunnen zetten. Service: goede service. Ik werd netjes gebeld om wat te wijzigen. En toen ik aankwam was het eten ook al klaar. De zaak ziet er netjes/schoon uit.

I had a disappointing first experience here. The lady at the desk was not friendly or welcoming, she came across as very serious and not customer friendly. As a first-time customer, I would’ve appreciated a bit of guidance, especially when it came to the sauces. No one explained that I had to add the sauce myself, which would’ve been helpful to know. Instead of just handing me the food and expecting me to know what to do. I also ordered a drink that wasn’t included in my order. When I went back to let her know, she just told me to take it out of the fridge myself, which felt odd and unprofessional. If items like drinks and sauces aren’t prepared ahead of time for online orders, that should be communicated clearly. Especially, when this was part of the order I places online. Overall, the customer service could really use improvement. A little friendliness and clear communication go a long way. That said, the food itself was very very nice, which I appreciated. It was freshly made, you could taste it. I just wish the overall service matched the quality of the food.

Ik had online besteld en toch nog moest ik in de winkel heel erg lang wachten. Dit gaf mij het gevoel dat er geen voordeel is van het online bestellen en ophalen. Ik hoop dat jullie voortaan de online bestellingen voorrang geven of zorgen voor genoeg personeel. Het waren namelijk in mijn optiek teveel bestellingen voor 1 chef. Ik kreeg na afloop ook nog een vervelende opmerking van de chef, terwijl ik als klant heel erg lang heb moeten wachten. De dame achter de balie was vriendelijk, maar ik moest wel zelf vragen om een passende compensatie. Ik heb vaker bij jullie besteld, met veel plezier en altijd genoten van het eten. Deze ervaring heeft het helaas voor mij verpest!
